How it works?

To equip your apartment, please go though these two steps from the menu on the right hand side:

• STEP 1 - FURNITURE PACKAGE

Please choose the type of package corresponding to your size of apartment. You will see all the possible furniture listed with pictures and prices. For your convenience the minimum required furniture for renting-out are preselected. You can change the package in the way you like - single or double beds, sofa or armchairs, basic or ceramic hob, bigger or smaller wardrobe.

You can also add or drop items to your furniture package. A better furnished property will increase the rental potential of your apartment.

Just fill the check-box next to the items you want and select the quantity. At any moment you can click the RECALCULATE button in order to see the total price for the furniture You have chosen.

When you are ready with your selection, just click the BUY button. A special wizard will guide you trough the choice of colors. After making your choice, always click NEXT;

• STEP 2: INVENTORY PACKAGE

A list of inventory items is required if you wish to rent out your apartment. Choose the inventory package corresponding to the size of your apartment. For your convenience the wizard will preselect the items and quantity required. We strongly recommend the package as it is, as it fully corresponds to the requirements of the rental management companies. Again you can always add or drop items or change their quantity.

Finally the wizard will display for you the entire content of your shoping cart, so you can check it once more before you send it to us by clicking at the SUBMIT ORDER button. PLEASE KINDLY DO NOT FORGET TO FILL IN YOUR APARTMENT NUMBER, NAME OF THE DEVELOPMENT AND ADDRESS.

A final quotation will be sent to you for your approval.

Here you may choose between thousands of models in contemporary or classic style. Our interior designers will assist you with pleasure to make your choice.

When the order for your apartment is completed ,photos with the choosen items will be sent to you.
